Shopping At Komplett
In order to place an order with Komplett you must have an account. You can easily creat an account through our easy to follow registration process located on this page. This account must contain your name, address and e-mail address. Access to your account is protected by a password of your choosing.
Accessing Your Account
You can login to your account at anytime using your login and password to view your personal information. Accessing your personal information is passed through a secure connection.
Changing Your Details
You can at any time choose to change your account details (including address, e-mail address and password). You can also setup multiple billing and delivery addresses.
Forgot Your Password?
Click here if you lost your password. Enter your e-mail address and within minutes you will receive an e-mail from us with a new temporary password. Once you have logged back into your account you can change this password.

Search
If you know exactly what you are looking for, please use our search feature. The search bar is located at the top left of our website in the yellow bar at all times. To search for an item or items please enter the item(s) you wish to search for in the white "search" area followed by "Enter" or by clicking the 'Search' button. You will then be directed to an overview of relevant terms and items that match your search.
Advanced Search and Browsing
Product Groups
At the top right of each page you will find various product groups tabs that Komplett offer. If you click on one of these tabs you will be directed to this product group.
Product Categories
Within each product group are product categories loacted in the grey area on the left of your screen. If you click on one of these product categories you will be redirected to the appropriate section.
Product Sub-Categories
In many cases after entering a product category a further subdivsion is present. These subdivisions help to narrow down to the exact product you are looking for as a new list relevant to the sub-category is displayed.
Filter Function
In many product (sub) categories it is possible to further refine your search using the filter function. This filter function is adjusted to the revelant product category. For example, in the category "TV", you can click on which manufacturer you prefer, the desired size and resolution required. Each choice eliminates the products that do not meet your request. If you wish to remove one of your filtered options a large white button is located below and by cliking on the white 'X' in this button you will remove that filter option.

Komplett delivers its own stock! The status is listed through various symbols, which are listed below.
The Status Symobls
Green Checkmark indicates that the product is in stock in our own warehouse.
Red Cross Indicates that the product is not in stock. If applicable we indicate the date we expect the stock to arrive.
Once we have received and confirmed your order, any product you have ordered will be on a first come , first served basis, even though other items on your order may not be ready for shipment
If you ordered in item which is out of stock, then please e-mail us so we can inform you of the expected delivery time(s). In addition, you can always find the latest information on your Account Page.

Creating an Account
In order to place an order with Komplett you have to an account. Go to the 'Account' page located in the upper right of the site. Then select what type of account you wish to setup under the heading "New to Komplett?". Once you have filled in your account details and succesfully logged in, you can begin to place orders.
Step 1
Find the desired item then click the "Buy" button and the item will be placed in your cart. The amount of items in your cart can be found in the yellow bar at the top right of the page along with the total price of your order (exluding postage). Once in you click on your cart you will receive a detialed overview on the costs of your order
The postage costs can be found at the bottom of your cart page!
Step 2
To finalize your order click on the "Checkout" button in your cart page (or "Continue shopping" if you want to order more items)
Step 3
From here you must select a delivery address. If the order is to be picked up at our Pick up Point you can choose to receive a Pick Up notification by e-mail (You must select a delivery address even if the item is to be picked up at our pick up point.)
Step 4
In the checkout page you will see a complete summary of your ordering including total cost, delivery methods, payment and pickup options.
Step 5
In the checkout page you also have to enter the neccesary payment information
Step 6
Please check your order carefully and to finalize your order click on the "Place Your Order" button.
Step 7
After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You can also always check the status of your order in your Account page.
Step 8
Once your order is processed and dispatched you will receive an email which includes your invoice and a package reference. In the Package Reference you will also find a "track & trace" number which can be used to track your order online. Further explanation of the "Track & Trace" feature is contained in the e-mail. If you choose to use our Pick Up Point you will also receive an invoice for your goods along with the Package Reference.
Order Definitons
- Retail Orders - Standard orders that come with full retail packaging and support
- Bulk Orders - Orders of much larger quantites that are usually shipped by the pallet
- OEM orders - Orders that are generally shipped as a part of a much larger order or to manufacturers. As such these orders are not generally in retial packaging and come with limited support.

Cancelling an entire order
Sometimes it is necessary to cancel an entire order. You can cancel your order as follows:
1. Login to your Account
2. Search for the relevant order and the click the "Cancel Order" button
NOTE: If your order has the status "Picked" or "Picking in Progress"" you will not be able to cancel this order. Some orders may also take some time before your able to cancel them through your Account.
If you cancel your order there is no further charge. If you cancel an order you have paid for by credit card, then the reserved amount is normally released within 2-8 days.
Partial Cancellation Of An Order
It is possible to cancel a portion of your order, however this can only be done if the order still haas the status "confirmed". If you have already paid by credit card when cancelling a portion of your order you will be charged only for the amount purchased and the rest of the amount is deducted from the order at the time of shipping.
