2008-12-17Reviewer: Alan BriertonGreat value for money, a huge leap in performance compared to the E7200 which I had previously. Overclocking on this is serious business, can easily reach 3ghz on stock cooled fan, any higher requires better coolage. I suggest to anyone looking to upgrade to a Quad Core, this is perfect.

2008-12-11Reviewer: Aaron SmithGot the G0 stepping so looking forward to pushing it a bit further once I get a new CPU fan. Fiddly fan and heatsink to install, but other that than it is excellent.
Moved from a AMD Thlon AP 2600+ and it is slower in paper GHz, but this thing flies. All games maxed out details for the first time ever with a GTX 260 card.
Excellent.
Get it before it disappears next year (if the rumours are true)

2008-11-03Reviewer: Michael MooneyThis must be the best CPU I ever bought on a simple price/performance scale.
I upgraded from a Athlon 64 X2 4800+, and wasnt expecting the big leap in performance that I got! Handles admirably everything you can throw at it, great for gaming and its really good for video encoding.
This much power for such a small price is pretty amazing!
