Delivery
Komplett currently offer the following delivery methods:

All orders placed before 1Pm will be processed and shipped within 3-4 working days. Orders placed on the weekends (friday after 1 Pm, Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the Monday at the start of the week.

To The Pick Up Point
Delivery to our Pick Up Point in Dublin is free of charge for all orders.
There is no maximum weight for orders to our Pick Up Point but we advise you take into account the maximum amount your card will allow you deduct in one transaction. Due to this we advise for orders over 1,500 Euro to be split into multiple deliveries .

These prices are per parcel and include surcharge, insurance and VAT.
Please note there are box dimension limits for larger products that may result in the standard courier options not being available.
All above are our normal prices and there can be campaign prices during the year.
Changes in Prices
Unfortunately our carriers may change prices at short term notice. If this is the case we will inform you as soon as psoobile.
Shipping Estimates
At the bottom of you basket you will find the estimated shipping for your order. The exact cost of shipping will be available on your Checkout page before you finalize your order. There are no hidden fees or surcharges when shopping at Komplett.

Komplett.ie allows you the possibility to collect your order at our Pick Up Point in Dublin. Depending on the time your order is placed, you can collect your parcel within two to four days.

Placing an Order
You need to place your order via your account online on www.komplett.ie. At the Checkout, you can select "Pick Up at Komplett Dublin branch" as your delivery method. Please note, you can not pick up your order without placing an order online first. After placing the order online, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This is not a pick up messege. At this point, you can not pick up your order. The Pick Up Point will show on your invoice when the order has been shipped. This is also not a confirmation that your order is ready for pick up.
Once your order has arrived, you will receive an email with a Pick Up Confirmation. You can now pick up your order!
Paying Securely online or upon collection
there are two ways:
- Online
When placing your order you can pay by credit card online
- Upon Pick Up
You can pay by Credit Card or Laser when you are collecting your order.
It is not possible to pay by cash
Attention! For your own safety a PIN code must be entered and accepted when paying for your order. If you have forgotten or do not know your PIN, we cannot process the transaction.

Directions
By Car
- From M50 take exit 6 - Blanchardstown .
- Continue along N3; after 2 miles take the second exit for Blanchardstown Shopping centre Centre / Mulhuddart.
- At top of exit ramp, at roundabout, take third exit sign posted Mulhuddart.
- At next roundabout continue straight through taking exit labelled Ballycoolin / Blanchardstown Corporate Park.
- Head straight through the next crossroad.
- Continue straight through next 2 roundabouts.
- At the third roundabout at Texaco Petrol Station, take last exit into Blanchardstown Corporate Park 2.
In the corporate park:
- At roundabout take first left.
- Then take the next right and sharp left.
- Follow the bend to the right.
- Komplett is on the right handside unit 287.
Parking is available outside Komplett and is free.
By Bus
- Take the 40D from Parnell Street.
- Get off inside Blanchardstown Corporate Park Phase 2 (if you've gone by the Texaco Garage you've gone too far)
- When you get off the bus, cross the street and walk the left around to the last row of units
- Take a right around the corner and Komplett is located on the right hand side, unit 287.
What do I need to bring?
- The delivery or order number which you have received by email or SMS.
- A valid form of ID, eg Driver's License or Passport*
Can someone else pick up my order?
If you cannot pick up your order or want someone else to pick your order up and you have not paid, the person collecting the order will have to have your delivery or order number and will also have to pay for the order
If you need someone to pick your order up and you have paid online then you need to authorize the person to do so either in writing or by Customer Service. The person collecting will also need their own form of ID in order to collect the order.
This is only required for prepayed orders
How long are orders held?
Orders are held in the Pick Up Point for 7 days. After this they will be sent back to or warehouse and you will have to reorder. If you cannot make it in to collect within the pick up period you can contact service@komplett.ie and we may be able to hold it longer for you.

How Do I Follow The Shipment? (Track & Trace)
When your order is ready to be sent you will receive an e-mail with a shipping confirmation.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you can use the unique shipment number (tracking or package number) which followed the consignment. This can come directly from your Komplett account page, or via the website of An Post. You do not specifically have to approach Komplett for tracking information.

If you receive items you did not order or not all products ordered are delivered, then we recommend the following:
Send an email to service@komplett.ie
- Customer Number (Account Number).
- Order Number
- Item number (s) of the missing and/or incorrect product(s).
- A detailed description of the problem.
- Create, where possible, digital photos of the shipment.
We will contact you in order to algin with you how we can address the problem and how to solve this as quickly as possible for you.
