RMA request


For all returns you must use the form below. You can only return the product once you have received approval from us. Complete this form carefully. This prevents delays in processing.

Roadmap for returning products:

  1. Always read the terms and conditions carefully. 
  2. Please fill in the return application form (you can submit only one product per application).
  3. Typically you will receive a response by email within 2 hours (during office hours) of completing the return form, with both a return number and instructions to follow for your return.
  4. Follow the next steps listed in the confirmation email.
  5. Send your product (s) to Komplett.ie.
  6. Depending on your application, your product will be sent for repair or replacement, alternatively you may receive credit of Komplett.ie.

All returns are as follows:

  • The product must come with a clear description of the problem.
  • A copy of the invoice should be attached.
  • The consignment must be properly packaged.
  • Always use an outer box so the original packaging is not damaged.
  • The consignment must be sufficiently franked.
  • The cost for sending the return will always be paid by the customer unless in the case of incorrect delivery or transportation damage.

Tip! Before you send a product for repair, back up your data, it is common for data to be lost during the repair. Komplett.ie cannot be held responsible for loss of data.
